Master of Arts (M.A.) International Marketing
Chinese FOM students take the Master of Arts degree with a specialisation in International Marketing to build on their basic Bachelor degree. The Marketing & Sales focuses that were elected in the Bachelor course are studied in greater depth in an international context. Students look at the relationship between new developments in integrated marketing and sales management, the concept of eCRM and methods of market and competition research and international sales management and applied sales management. This combination ultimately qualifies graduates to work in the marketing and sales departments of internationally active companies.
This is a full-time course which takes just 15 months, including time to complete the Master's thesis. This study model is geared towards the special needs of Chinese students, allowing them to complete their studies in the time that is customary in China.
Graduates have a thorough understanding of the complete sales concept from idea development and communicative strategy planning to market maturity with subsequent product maintenance and product-related services. They also acquire key competencies such as negotiating and presentation skills. The course is taught in German and thus qualifies graduates to work in German and Chinese companies.
You will complete your master studies in International Marketing with the academic degree of Master of Arts (M.A.).

Accreditation
The FOM University of Applied Sciences is accredited by the German Council for Science and Humanities for its special service to education and research and was the first private university to receive system-accreditation by the FIBAA in 2012. This seal of approval proves that the quality management of the FOM University meets the high standards of the Accreditation Council, the most important body for the quality of studies and education at German universities. Thus, all courses of study offered by the FOM are accredited.
